The next big Thing or living your future life in a small apartment?

25.01.2011, Hurts (UK), Kalev Sportshall, Tallinn (Rein Kutsar - MuKriErikursus 2010 VKA)

January 25, 2011 UK's Synth-pop duo called Hurts performed in Tallinn Kalevi Spordihall. Where they held their biggest concert ever. The concert was about one hour long and they played most of their famous songs. The duo had also a stageband with them, with backvocals, extra synth-player and a drummer, who put a lot of effort into the show to enssure the success of this concert.

Music journal New Musical Express has called Hurts „Officially the next big Thing". Before this show I was a bit sceptical about musical quality of this band, but after the show I felt something, what was behind those men. With their first few songs they already took over the crowd and a kind manipulation with the people was already started. All the girls were screaming and most of the listeners were into it and there was some magic around it.

I do not know about the future sensation or success of this band, but I think that those men would not move back to their small apartment.
